We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team and take our advertising across multiple platforms to the next level. The Role We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a primary focus on Mycodog.This person will also oversee our external agency managing CBD Dog Health ads, ensuring alignment with our broader advertising strategy.As an animal lover and advocate, you’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about pets and the pet industry and have a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns for Mycodog across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with company goals. • Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance across all platforms to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance. • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to guide the creation of ad assets, including graphics, videos, and copy. • Act as the primary point of contact for the external agency managing CBD Dog Health ads, providing oversight and strategic direction. • Stay up-to-date on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices for digital advertising, particularly in regulated industries like CBD. • Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend to achieve performance targets. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. • Proven track record of delivering measurable results (experience in the pet industry is a plus). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. • Familiarity with advertising regulations in industries like CBD or other highly regulated sectors (preferred but not required). • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for managing internal and external stakeholders. • A genuine love for animals and passion for making a difference in their lives.
