As a Paid ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping us grow our e-commerce consultancy brand. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and refining ad strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns that align with our business objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and development of followers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company goals.Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Assist with the organization of promotional events and campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, and networking events.Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure innovative strategies.Support the sales team with lead generation efforts, including identifying prospects and nurturing leads through various channels.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.Strong experience in developing and implementing paid ad strategies for various platforms, including keyword research, ad creative development, and targeting audience segmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences through storytelling.Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.Basic knowledge of graphic design or proficiency in design software is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is preferred.BenefitsFull remote workHourly rate in USDFull time (Direct Hire)Flexible shiftOriginally posted on Himalayas
