As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll be responsible for providing effective, courteous customer service via email, mail, or telephone, resolving issues, and generating correspondence to resolve customer disputes. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll be expected to maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. **Primary Job Duties** As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll be responsible for the following key duties: * Respond to patient phone calls, resolving issues in a single call * Open and manage ARR inquiries, returning phone calls to resolve issues efficiently * Report collection agency payments promptly * Generate correspondence to resolve customer disputes * Document every phone call * Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Education: High school education or associate degree from college or technical school * Experience: Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Call Center Experience: At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service * Technical Skills: Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type and use a 10-key accurately **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience in the medical billing field * Computer software programs in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy the following benefits: * Competitive salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour * Part-time schedule: 20-29 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and 401(k) matching * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have the skills we're looking for, please submit your application today!
