This role is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their extensive experience to provide high-level financial guidance to a diverse array of nonprofit clients. As an outsourced CFO, you will work remotely, offering strategic financial insights, managing financial operations, and ensuring the financial health of the organizations you support. In this role, you will serve as the outsourced CFO for multiple clients, providing strategic financial leadership and guidance. You will oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Collaborating closely with clients, you will develop and implement financial strategies that align with their business objectives. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to provide actionable recommendations that drive success. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, including government grant reporting. Working alongside other financial professionals, such as staff accountants and auditors, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your expertise will also extend to advising clients on cash management, forecasting, and best practices in internal control and nonprofit administration. Supporting clients in preparing for audits, filing compliance reports, and managing grant reports will be essential to your role, making you a vital part of their financial operations.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the outsourced CFO for multiple clients, providing strategic financial leadership and guidance.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement financial strategies that support their business objectives.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, and government grant reporting.

• Work closely with other financial professionals, such as staff accountants and auditors, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Advise on cash management and forecasting, internal control and nonprofit administration best practices.

• Support clients in preparing for audits, filing compliance reports, and managing grant reports.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA designation preferred.

• Extensive experience in public accounting audit or corporate finance, with a proven track record of success.

• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple clients and priorities.
