Sales & Account Development
· Build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, architects, and building owners.
· Drive revenue through strategic business development and account management.
· Manage the full sales cycle from quoting through project completion.
Technical & Solution Support
· Understand customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
· Provide technical support across commercial HVAC systems.
· Prepare estimates, proposals, and deliver product presentations.
Project Coordination
· Partner with engineering and internal teams to execute projects smoothly.
· Support logistics, warranty coordination, and field service needs.
· Ensure clear communication and handoff to operations teams.
Market Development
· Identify new opportunities and evaluate market potential.
· Stay current on HVAC technologies and industry trends.
· Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Required Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful commercial or applied HVAC sales experience.
· Technical Knowledge: In-depth expertise in commercial HVAC systems and familiarity with key manufacturers.
· Sales Skills: Proven consultative sales approach with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
· Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Desired Competencies
· Established network and reputation within the HVAC industry.
· Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
· Familiarity with construction industry practices and piping business.
· Ability to travel occasionally to remote project locations – typically within the state of Arizona.
· Strategic and analytical thinking to evaluate solutions and drive results.
