Outbound sales rep needed for weekend shift
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM ā 6:30 PM PST
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission, with potential for strong earnings based on performance.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team on weekends. This position involves a mix of outbound cold calling and answering inbound sales calls as they come in. You will be contacting homeowners to promote residential home services, handling objections, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Make outbound calls to targeted homeowners to sell residential home services
ā¢ Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally
ā¢ Follow provided scripts and sales processes to drive results
ā¢ Log all call activity and outcomes in our CRM system
ā¢ Meet or exceed set sales goals
Qualifications:
ā¢ 1+ year of sales experience (outbound cold calling preferred)
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections
ā¢ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
ā¢ Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM ā 6:30 PM PST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
