About the Role

MedWatchers is hiring high-energy outbound engagement representatives to join our growing Utah office.

This role is ideal for professionals with Sales Development Representative (SDR), BDR, or outbound sales experience who enjoy high-volume calling and performance-driven environments.

Instead of selling products, you will use your outbound communication skills to engage health plan members and help them get their medications filled and stay on therapy.

Your work directly supports patient health and helps ensure members receive the medications and care they need.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 annually
• Top 25% of performers earn $76,000+
• Uncapped performance incentives

What You'll Do
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to health plan members regarding their medications
• Help patients connect with pharmacy services and fill their prescriptions
• Engage members using clear, professional, and compassionate communication
• Handle occasional inbound calls from members needing assistance
• Work with multiple technology platforms to manage outreach and documentation
• Meet and exceed daily outreach, engagement, and quality targets
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements

Qualifications

Preferred:
• SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or outbound call center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong reliability and attendance record
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Healthcare experience is not required. We provide training.

Work Location

Training for this position begins in-office in Draper, Utah.

After meeting the required productivity, attendance, and quality assurance metrics, employees may become eligible to transition to a remote work schedule.
