Ortho Dental Assistant

We're looking for a Ortho Dental Assistant professional who will work closely with our Dentist.

Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8am-4pm-3 days a week Responsibilities:
? Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and debonding
? Take and process digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and impressions for orthodontic treatment planning
? Place and remove orthodontic separators, bands, brackets, and archwires as directed
? Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions
? Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area following infection control protocols
? Track and update patient records, chart progress, and assist in treatment planning
? Manage orthodontic supplies and maintain inventory levels
? Perform expanded functions as permitted by state law, such as coronal polishing and sealant application
? Support front office tasks, including scheduling and patient coordination when needed
Qualifications:
? Must have certs to be hired:
? cpr or bls
? x-ray license
? must have ortho experience
? willing to travel
Compensation: $20-22/hr About:
