Job Overview We're seeking experienced educators and trainers to lead engaging, research-based workshops that elevate K-12 education. As an Independent Consultant/Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to define your own schedule and path while making a significant difference in the lives of teachers, students, and school communities. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate high-energy, impactful professional development workshops for K-12 educators, focusing on innovative classroom management techniques and instructional practices. • Collaborate with our team of education professionals to drive success and advance teacher effectiveness. • Continuously enhance your knowledge through professional learning opportunities and stay updated on best practices in education. • Customize workshop content to address the unique needs of diverse schools and districts, ensuring a tailored approach to education excellence. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience in K-12 education as a teacher, trainer, or consultant, with a deep understanding of education principles and practices. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate educators. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as a contractor, with a strong commitment to advancing teacher effectiveness and student success.
