Originator / Referral Partner – Specialty Finance & Lender Finance (Remote)

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Originator / Referral Partner in the Specialty Finance and Lender Finance division. The role involves sourcing and originating new client opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and coordinating strategic capital solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and connecting with specialty finance businesses and lenders seeking capital, managing the transaction process, and collaborating with internal teams to execute transactions. Regular communication with clients and detailed market research are central to the role.
Qualifications
• Strong network and relationship-building skills within the financial services, specialty finance, and lender finance industries.
• Business development and origination expertise, with the ability to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities.
• Experience with fund structuring, capital raising, and financial advisory services.
• Deep understanding of the specialty finance and lender finance markets, including asset-based lending and alternative financial services.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
