Production Associate I Disassembly/Cleaning and Inspection (1st Shift)

Job Description:
Are you mechanically inclined with a keen attention to detail? Join our team as a Production Associate I and play a critical role in the teardown and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines. This is a hands-on position where you will disassemble engines, clean components, and inspect parts to ensure quality and readiness for the next production stage.
Responsibilities:
Disassemble diesel engines and components.
Clean engine parts and prepare them for inspection.
Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.
Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with teammates and support staff to meet production goals.
Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.
Key Skills:
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience working with engines (preferred).
