Order Processing Specialist – Aftermarket Sales

Title: Order Processing Specialist - Aftermarket Responsible Manager: Order Processing Manager Location: Novi Hybrid We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Order Processing Team in Novi, MI. The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders for Aftermarket Sales and Additive Minds Consultation services, from purchase order acceptance through invoicing, while fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role ensures accuracy and adherence to legal regulations throughout the process. Additionally, the specialist will develop and implement standard operating procedures to support efficient and consistent job functions. Your Mission • Manage end-to-end processing of Aftermarket Sales and Additive Minds Consultation orders for both domestic and international customers. • Conduct formal reviews of incoming orders, contracts, and related sales documentation. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Handle delivery note and invoice processing accurately and efficiently. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for core job functions. • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Your Talents • Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred. • Willingness to learn and work with SAP. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel to other corporate sites as needed (approximately 3–4 times per year). • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Capacity to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. • Team-oriented mindset with effective internal and external communication skills.
