You will develop and implement data-driven solutions to inform business decisions and drive growth. Our team is passionate about using data to tell stories and drive business outcomes, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers * Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline to provide a steady stream of Pack intel to colleagues and stakeholders * Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of drivers from various perspectives * Identify and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth * Work with other Examination groups to gather and integrate Pack data from various sources, creating a cohesive and compelling narrative * Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including R/Python/SAS and SQL * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization **Essential Capabilities:** * Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience * At least 3 years of hands-on experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Ability to work with large datasets, deciphering patterns and utilizing multiple data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations * Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with A/B testing and MVT testing methodologies **Preferred Capabilities:** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Advertising industry * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced data analyst looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
