Order Fulfillment Manager

Position Summary:

The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate delivery of high-performance ingredients to customers, consistently meeting or exceeding DIFOTIS (Delivery In Full, On Time, In Specification) targets. This role optimizes order fulfillment processes, coordinates warehousing, logistics, and customer service teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency while supporting the sales team in delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end order fulfillment process to achieve DIFOTIS targets, ensuring all customer orders are delivered in full, on time, and meet agreed specifications.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to monitor and report on ingredient performance, proactively addressing issues that could impact customer satisfaction or product quality.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase order fulfillment efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize errors or delays.
• Provide accurate, timely KPI metrics and dashboards on order fulfillment and DIFOTIS performance to the sales team and senior leadership.
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, S&OP, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance) and external partners (customers, transport operators, third-party storage providers) to ensure seamless order execution.
• Support the sales team in delivering superior customer service, promptly resolving order-related issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensure all fulfillment activities comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform additional tasks as required by the team to support business objectives.
• Attend industry and company events as needed to stay informed on trends, innovations, and best practices in the industry.

Typical Work Environment:
• Primarily office-based with frequent interaction in warehouse, production, and logistics environments; occasional travel to customer or third-party provider sites as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Training:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.

Relevant Experience:
• 5+ years of proven experience in order Fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics management, preferably in the ingredient or food industry.

Technical Skills:
• ERP system experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Non-Technical Skills:
• Strong focus on DIFOTIS and ingredient performance metrics.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Licenses/Certifications:
• None required; certifications in supply chain or logistics (ex. Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in office and production/warehouse settings.
• Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) and walking within production and warehouse areas.

Safety Requirements:
• Adherence to company safety policies and practices.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $84,700 – $127,000 (based on experience)
• Annual Bonus: Performance-based
