The Order Entry & Support Specialist will operate as part of a team of 5+ order entry specialists in a state of the art and digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah. You will be responsible for intaking orders, preparing lab pans, and updating order details in our lab management software as necessary per customer expectations and deadlines. Compensation 16-18 per hour + 15% night shift differentialWhat You'll DoOperate Quickly: Directly operate our lab management software to intake and update orders for a variety of dental products (e.g., crown, bridge, implant) in a fast-paced environmentDrive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality productsProblem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental labQuality Adherence: Uphold strict standard operating procedures (e.g., order intake quality checks) and lead by example.
