Role: Oracle Techno Functional HCM ConsultantLocation: Remote position Duration:12+MonthsInterview: VideoRole OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant who can be a strong team player with proficient communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM modules(Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).The resource will be working full time on the HR POD , attending daily stand up calls and working to deliver stories within the sprint. The resource will be working closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the framework, UAT support . ResponsibilitiesModify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profilesSupport Open Enrollment and Life Event processingDevelop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loadsBuild and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboardsCollaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and complianceManage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolutionConduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deploymentsDocument configurations, processes, and change requestsRequired Skills8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in BenefitsUnderstanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flowsProficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast FormulasExperience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThanks, and regardsBhaskar NegiSenior Technical RecruiterPhone- +1 Email: - Website: - Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
