Inova IT Oracle ERP is looking for a dedicated Oracle Security Administrator to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working day-shift Monday – Friday. The Oracle Security Administrator provides guidance and support toward Security related projects and initiatives for Inova's Business Partners. Using leadership and technical competence, this role is responsible for supporting the Oracle Security design that supports business process within HR, Finance, and Supply Chain business functions in the most effective and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with all security and architectural mandates. Oracle Security Administrator Responsibilities: Meets all defined service levels and defined performance objectives within Inova IT for Supporting our Business Customers. Serves as a leader for modifications or enhancements to use Oracle Security Architecture. Coordinates all security designs with various Business Units. Analyzes and implements Oracle security requirements. Recommends and develops security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or loss. Works closely with both Oracle technical and functional teams to ensure the success of the overall Oracle solution. Collaborates with Oracle Applications and business teams design and implement technical security solutions for Oracle and associated bolt-on applications. Adheres to and delivery of ITGC controls and procedures. Supports audits both internal and external. Supports additional projects and duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate’s degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required Experience: 3 years as an Application Security Administrator or equivalent experience, provisioning user access to an application Preferred Qualifications: Oracle security knowledge preferred. This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states – VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.
