Job Title: Oracle Payroll Consultant (Remote NY Client) Location: Remote (Client Based in New York State) Type: Contract (C2C, 1099, or W2) Rate: Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant for a remote contract opportunity with a client in the education sector based in New York State . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Payroll and Time & Labor, along with the ability to support implementations and application support across related modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and configurations Work across Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, HCM Core, and Benefits modules Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements using Oracle functionalities Analyze business processes and troubleshoot system issues Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams Be available for occasional onsite visits as needed Required Qualifications: Oracle Certification in one or more relevant HCM modules Minimum of three (3) full-cycle implementations or equivalent hands-on application support in Oracle Payroll and Time & Labor Strong knowledge of HCM Core, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits Experience with statutory compliance and corresponding Oracle features Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Authorization to work in the United States or Canada Willingness to travel onsite to client locations occasionally Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in English , both written and spoken Flexibility to work extended hours when required Additional Information: Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
