Oracle Marketing Cloud Consultant, Eloqua
Job Description: • Configure and deploy marketing automation solutions and integrate them with client CRM systems • Work with clients to design and deliver automated marketing campaigns and programs such as Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing • Perform Demand Generation/Outsourced Marketing tasks on behalf of clients including creation of email/landing pages/templates and web form templates • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to clients • Serve as a Best Practice Consultant and hands-on expert with marketing automation and CRM systems • Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, projected results Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of work experience using the Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform (including the creation of campaigns, segments, and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features) • Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, lead management, and performance reporting • Demonstrated training experience including both remote and onsite sessions • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On-Demand) • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript • Eloqua Masters (Eloqua University), Eloqua Level-1, Oracle Implementation Specialist, and/or SmartStart certifications a plus • Experience with other Oracle Marketing Cloud Suite platforms including Infinity, Maxymiser, DMP, etc. preferred, but not required • Additional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Marketo is a plus • CRM certifications a plus • Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions • Proficiency in designing solutions based on client needs • Exceptional client services and support skills • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and support skills • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative • Ability to work independently • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Knowledge of current SaaS/Internet-based technologies preferred as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks • Must be eligible to work in the United States Benefits: • Enjoy our collaborative, supportive culture • A flexible schedule that works for you • Work remotely • 100% company paid short & long term disability, AD&D, and basic life insurance • Choice of health insurance plans (company subsidized) • Dental & vision insurance • 401(k) • Universal PTO (no set limit) • Paid parental leave (for birth or adoption) • Service PTO - take paid time off to give back
