It is time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader to lead and manage ongoing support, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and related business functions.Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities:Operational LeadershipOwn end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion ApplicationsLead incident, problem, and change management processesEstablish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecardsOversee ticket backlog management and prioritizationEnsure system stability during quarterly Oracle updatesTeam Management & Vendor OversightLead and develop onshore and offshore functional analystsDrive performance management, knowledge growth, and cross-trainingManage third-party partners and Oracle Support relationshipsConduct independence and capability assessments across team membersPromote automation and continuous improvement within support operationsContinuous Improvement & OptimizationIdentify and prioritize enhancement opportunities aligned to business strategyDrive automation of manual processes and reporting where feasibleFacilitate root cause analysis to reduce recurring incidentsReporting & Performance ManagementDevelop executive-level dashboards tracking:Incident trendsTicket volumesSLA adherenceAutomation progressEnhancement pipelineProvide leadership updates on system health and risk postureYou Must Have:7+ years of ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in leadershipDeep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing focus preferred)Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environmentStrong vendor and offshore team management experienceDemonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworksExcellent executive communication skillsWe Would Also Prefer:Experience leading post-implementation stabilizationFamiliarity with automation tools and AI-enabled support solutionsExperience or knowledge of CPQ, OTM, and Flexi-ProThe anticipated annual salary for this position is around $120,000.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
