Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex Murex integration solutions across trading, risk, and settlement systemsArchitect robust interface and middleware strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between Murex and enterprise-wide banking platformsDrive the configuration and customization of Murex MxML Exchange, Datamart, and workflow components in alignment with evolving business and regulatory requirementsChampion automation across the trade life cycle, optimizing STP (Straight-Through Processing) and improving operational efficiencyProvide deep expertise in database technologies (SQL, Oracle, Sybase) to support scalable data extraction, transformation, and reporting frameworksLead root cause analysis and resolution of high-impact integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (technology, operations, risk, compliance) to deliver scalable and resilient integration solutionsMentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal best practices and knowledge repositories. Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Murex integration and solution delivery within financial institutionsProven expertise in MxML workflows, APIs, Datamart, Databridge, and middleware solutionsDeep understanding of capital markets, including front-to-back trading workflows, risk, and post-trade operationsAdvanced proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting, SQL, and messaging technologies (IBM MQ, Kafka, REST APIs)Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and performance optimization in complex Murex environmentsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks including FRTB, Basel III/IV, and their implications for integration and reportingExperience working in Agile environments with a commitment to quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
