Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
• *Oracle ERP Finance Lead**
to drive implementation, enhancement, and support of core finance modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The role will partner with Finance and IT teams to streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional design and configuration of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Expense Management
• Conduct requirement gathering and solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle Finance modules and manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Support data migration, integrations, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation across finance operations.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of ERP Finance experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP Finance modules.
• At least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and month-end processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
