Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Overview:
Kreative Technologies is searching for an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite SME who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of SDD data processing components and databases as defined by government personnel and stakeholders. The incumbent must possess proven experience and knowledge working with the Oracle eBusiness suite. Daily responsibilities will be focused on analyzing data processing applications for complex health systems including application/code installation, application upgrade and maintenance, application backup and recovery, application security compliance. The incumbent will also assist with RDBMS administration, upgrade, and maintenance, TL tool administration and maintenance, and user assistance in data retrieval.
Responsibilities:
• Develops analysis of the hardware and software required to support proposed applications based on specifications provided by the Government. The analysis includes existing hardware and software resources within the SDD environment, new requirements, and impact on the SDD data processing environment of deploying a specific solution design.
• Creating detailed level of effort analysis for implementing recommended solutions including cost estimates to implement and sustain proposed solutions.
• Performs as a technical expert in the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new applications or complex enhancements to existing applications.
• Collaborate with DBAs and technical staff to troubleshoot and repair databases and applications.
• Resolves customer complaints with applications and responds to suggestions for application modifications or enhancements.
• Participates in the development of application activities and coordinates technical requirements with the customer.
• Assists in the training of less experienced application development staff and may act as a team leader on less complex projects.
Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Secret Clearance
• 7+ years of proven experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite
• 5+ years of Database Administration experience in an Oracle environment
• 5+ years of experience designing data processing systems and applications for government clients
• Demonstrated experience developing technical documentation, design, and level of effort analysis for complex health systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
