Position: Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Consultant Location: (100% Remote, USA-Based Candidates Only) Duration: 1+ Year Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and integrating with third-party applications. Key Responsibilities • Execute implementation strategies and capture business and system requirements. • Perform detailed analysis, solution design, prototyping, testing, user training, and end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions. • Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and other project deliverables. • Work on Oracle Custom Reports, data conversion migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations with third-party systems. • Provide techno-functional expertise for Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules including OTL, Payroll, and Core HR. • Ensure effective execution of testing strategies aligned with Oracle Project Methodology (OUM). • Support full lifecycle implementations and post-production support. Required Skills & Experience • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS suite (R12.2.x), specifically Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll, and Core HR modules. • 2 3 full lifecycle implementation and support project experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x. • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, business flows, and industry best practices. • Experience with Oracle Custom Reports and interfaces. • Hands-on experience with data conversion, migration strategies, and integrations with 3rd-party applications. • Knowledge of Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and testing methodologies. • Strong functional and technical understanding of the Oracle HRMS & OTL modules.
