Audit Associate - Fall 2026

About the position Johnson Lambert is currently seeking Audit Associates to join our growing practice. You will have the opportunity to cross train allowing you to support clients in different markets. As an Audit Associate, you can expect to work in a team-focused environment to draft client reports/financials and develop new ways to draft management letters.You will have the opportunity to use creative and critical thinking working with clients and team members to solve business problems. You are very client focused and able to deliver high quality audit services through relationship building. All roles offered at Johnson Lambert are offered in a hybrid format, with the opportunity to work with your team in person, should you be in close proximity to one of our 8 office location, or have the flexibility to work from home in a remote setting. Responsibilities • Draft client reports and financials.• Develop new ways to draft management letters. • Use creative and critical thinking to solve business problems. • Deliver high quality audit services through relationship building. Requirements • An active CPA license or 150 credit hours and the ability to obtain CPA license. • Bachelor's and/or MBA or MAC degree. • 2+ years of Public Accounting and Audit expertise. • Experience within Not-for-Profit, Insurance, or Employee Benefits is ideal. • Familiarity with caseware and solid experience with bolthires Office.Benefits • Access to training and development every two years. • Participation in a Level Up program after completing a busy season. • Access to management training for career growth. • Clear development track for employees.
