Oracle EBS Finance
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules and hands-on technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial business processes and the ability to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle EBS Financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide implementation, support, and enhancement for Oracle EBS Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
ā¢ Collaborate with business stakeholders to map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionality
ā¢ Offer strategic guidance on best practices and process improvements within Oracle Financials
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues using SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools
ā¢ Develop and maintain technical components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICEFW)
ā¢ Work on Oracle Forms, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and custom development
ā¢ Support integration and transition initiatives involving Oracle Finance Cloud
ā¢ Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, development, and support processes
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement in systems, tools, and processes
ā¢ Ensure high-quality customer interaction and service delivery
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ 15-17 years of total IT experience
ā¢ Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience with Oracle Finance Cloud
ā¢ Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, OAF, and Oracle Forms
ā¢ Proven experience in both implementation and support environments
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience with Costing (Discrete or Process Manufacturing)
ā¢ Background in Oracle EBS Application Database Administration (DBA)
ā¢ CPA or CA certification is a plus
