Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion Time and Labor Functional Consultant
Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) Functional Time and Labor Consultant (Lead or Team Member). While experience in other HCM modules is a bonus, this role will focus a majority of the time on Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor. Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University) is strongly desired and may be required. Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions – more than 350 of them – with the implementation of Oracle software.Our business-savvy Consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested. You may or may not lead an actual team on a project, but in either case, this functional role will always be hands-on on driving deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, configuring the modules, and more! Our ideal Oracle Cloud HCM T&L Consultant has a Bachelor’s Degree, close familiarity with Higher Education issues, some knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions, and a desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar.Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a huge plus! This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only – International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
