We are seeking to hire an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Configuration Specialist to join our team working on a multi-year award we have within a Federal Gov t Agency, located in Washington, DC. The resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
