Oracle Cloud HCM-Core HR/ORC Lead Consultant
Your role, your impactAs an Oracle Cloud HCM-Core HR/ORC Lead Consultant, you’ll provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement HR solutions on Oracle Cloud ERP HCM modules such as Core HR, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Recruiting, and Candidate Management.Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-dayIdentify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality;Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements;Provide functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation;Work with clients to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met;Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiency and profitability of client business;Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off;Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances;Raise issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule;Work with the respective client functional leads throughout system testing and to ensure knowledge transfer;Provide guidance to the respective client functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas.QualificationsKeys to your successBA / BS degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field;5 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business and Cloud/Fusion applications;At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM;Proficient or lead on 2 or more application modules;Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Lead on at least 3 full cycle implementations;Experience with at least one Redwood implementation project for Core HR/ORC;Experience with the business processes in HR modules including HR Core, Recruiting, Talent Management, Digital Assistant, Communicate, Touchpoints;Problem resolution in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate;Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution;Contribution to pre-sales efforts;Ability to coach and ensure the development of members on the project team;Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.Extra edgeExperience leading small teams (2 to 4 people);Experience leading design sessions;Creation of requirements and design documents;Creation of a parallel testing strategy and approach;Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project.Language skillsEnglish: ProficientAbout Company
