Oracle Benefits Functional Consultant - Global Benefits & Payroll Integration

Description: • Provide functional consulting support during the implementation of Oracle HCM and Payroll, focusing on Global Benefits • Assess and validate global benefits data integrations and payroll impacts. • Offer guidance on how global benefit configurations should interact with payroll and other downstream systems. • Identify and analyze country-specific requirements related to dependent data, benefit eligibility, and data transmission/storage. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and optimize system configurations and workflows. • Support data mapping, testing, and go-live activities for the global benefits and payroll systems. • Help ensure data compliance and integrity across geographies and systems. • Provide objective recommendations on process improvements and technology utilization beyond Oracle, where applicable. Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems / Management Information Systems (MIS)/Business Administration/Computer Science • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the Global Benefits module. • 3+ years working with or supporting Oracle Payroll, especially in the context of integration with Benefits. • Prior involvement in system migrations (e.g., Workday to Oracle) is a strong plus. • Consulting experience is highly valued, especially the ability to advise clients, lead requirements gathering, and guide decision-making. • Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll and how it integrates with benefits. • Familiarity with Workday is a plus, especially in a migration context. • Experience with global benefits implementations, including data integration, eligibility rules, and international compliance. • Understanding of dependent data and privacy regulations across different regions. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess complex integration scenarios. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
