Senior Unity & Backend Programmer (Remote)

As an early hire, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping both our groundbreaking product and the future of the company. What You'll Do: • Design and develop gameplay systems, intuitive UI/UX, and immersive player interactions. • Architect and build our backend infrastructure in the Azure + .NET ecosystem. • Create and maintain high-quality mobile builds. • Establish our build pipelines and DevOps processes from the ground up. • Collaborate directly with the founders to define the creative and technical direction of our games and company. What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of professional game development experience. You have shipped titles or built substantial game systems. • 2+ years hands-on with Unity. You are comfortable crafting gameplay in C# and working with Unity's tools. • Proven backend expertise, ideally within the .NET ecosystem. You know your way around Azure services, APIs, and databases. • A passion for AI-first development. You are excited to work with tools like Cursor, generative AI, and cutting-edge workflows.
