Oracle Applications Developer/Oracle ETL Developer/Oracle Database Developer- Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle-based applications and database solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and data modeling, and will work closely with business analysts and application teams to deliver high-quality, scalable database solutions.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views
ā¢ Write and optimize SQL queries for high performance and scalability
ā¢ Perform performance tuning using EXPLAIN PLAN, AWR, and SQL Trace
ā¢ Develop and support data models, schemas, and database objects
ā¢ Work with application teams to integrate Oracle databases with front-end and middleware systems
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle databases
ā¢ Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
ā¢ Create and maintain technical documentation
ā¢ Support data migration, ETL processes, and reporting solutions
ā¢ Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployments and releases
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
ā¢ Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL
ā¢ Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c (or newer)
ā¢ Experience with data modeling and database design
ā¢ Knowledge of indexes, partitions, and materialized views
ā¢ Experience with Unix/Linux environments
ā¢ Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN, etc.)
ā¢ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
