The infrastructure is in place — proven offers, fulfillment systems, a compliant SMS campaign, AI demos, and expert delivery support. AI Outsource Hub helps small and midsize businesses grow by automating their marketing, sales, and client communication. Our platform (built on GoHighLevel) includes AI-powered voice assistants, SMS/email automation, social media content, review generation, and sales funnels — all delivered as a done-for-you service. The result: businesses save time, capture more leads, and increase revenue without hiring extra staff. We are seeking a sales-first Operator/Partner — a true hunter and closer who excels at outbound prospecting and driving revenue. GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a plus but not required; technical experts are already available to handle onboarding and fulfillment. Your primary mission will be building client relationships and closing new business. This is not a ground-up startup role. You’ll be stepping into a turnkey business positioned at the intersection of AI, marketing automation, and small-business growth — with a clear path to ownership. What’s Already in Place You will not be building systems from scratch. Our foundation includes: • A compliant, TextGrid-approved SMS campaign with a 5,000-per-day sending limit and automated follow-ups until appointments are booked. • An AI voice agent demo that prospects can interact with before committing. • Social media automations that capture and follow up with Facebook and LinkedIn inquiries. • A dedicated contractor sourcing fresh mobile leads. • Experienced GoHighLevel specialists available to support onboarding and client delivery. With fulfillment handled, you’ll be free to focus on what matters most — sales and growth. Your Role Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting (SMS, LinkedIn, Facebook, and direct outreach). • Lead calls, demos, and close new clients. • Track performance, report KPIs, and continuously refine outreach strategies. • Optionally manage onboarding if you bring GoHighLevel expertise — otherwise, leverage our technical team. Performance Expectations Acquire four new core clients per month (AI On Demand at $499/month or AI Growth Engine at $2,999/month). Deliver at least one AIGE client per quarter to maintain focus on high-ticket sales. Add-on sales are encouraged and fully commissionable but do not count toward quota. Compensation & Ownership Base Retainer: $1,500 per month. Recurring Commission: 25% of all new monthly revenue you close (core plans and add-ons). Equity Path: Up to 20–25% ownership, milestone-based, with structured increases at client growth benchmarks. Future Flexibility: After two years of strong performance, buyout discussions may be considered if mutually agreed.
