As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of this dynamic team, working collaboratively to drive results and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns. Navigate multiple systems and resources to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and address customer needs in a professional and conversational manner. Utilize available tools and resources to ensure customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and trust with our valued customers. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting performance metrics and standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a positive impact on our customers' shopping experiences. The Ideal Candidate Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word Successful completion of our mandatory training program Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, stores, and associates in a professional and empathetic manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and resolve customer issues efficiently.
