Operate and maintain power generation facilities to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of electricity to customers.

Monitor and control equipment and systems to ensure consistent and reliable power generation.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operations, ensuring minimal impact on power delivery.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Record and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.

Follow all standard operating procedures and comply with all regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Continuously monitor and analyze power generation data to identify any potential issues and take corrective action as needed.

Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry advancements and best practices.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on power outages or other issues.

Follow company policies and procedures and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
