Operations Manager / Project Coordinator (remote, part-time → scalable) - Contract to Hire

Role I need a remote Operations Manager who runs day-to-day execution across multiple streams and keeps the system moving. Think: “operator + coordinator + controller”. You translate my inputs into structured tasks, drive delivery, and keep visibility high. This is not a “creative assistant” role. It’s operational execution and control. Context I’m a founder running several parallel directions (consulting / studio / partnerships). I need a strong “middle layer” so I’m not doing ops + architecture + execution at the same time. Run weekly planning + weekly review (short, structured). Enforce reporting rhythm: what was done, what’s next, what’s blocked. Prepare briefs for freelancers (design, dev, marketing, research) and verify delivery quality. Keep a simple dashboard: priorities, deadlines, risks, decisions needed from me. Manage small ops logistics when needed (documents, vendors, scheduling). What “good” looks like You reduce my operational load. Nothing “gets lost”. Deadlines are visible and respected. Contractors don’t stall without you escalating. You write in short, precise, action-oriented format. Requirements Proven Ops / PM / EA-to-founder experience (startup, agency, or multi-project environment). Strong written communication (structured, no fluff). High follow-through: you chase answers, you close loops. Comfortable with ambiguity; you create structure. Tools: Notion/ClickUp/Trello, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack/Telegram. Timezone: Europe-friendly (CET/EET preferred), but flexibility matters more than location. Nice to have Experience coordinating marketing + web + outbound workflows. Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, UTM, content ops. Experience managing multiple freelancers. Work format Start: 10–20 hrs/week, scale to 30–40 if performance is strong.
