Operations Manager for Hedge Fund Growth in California
• *Job Description:** We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the operations of a managed account hedge fund based in California. This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will play a crucial part in shaping our operational framework and driving our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and proven track record in high tech or similar industry, showcasing extensive experience in operational management, compliance, and key MVP customer relations. Your expertise will be instrumental as we embark on our ambitious goal of scaling our operations and expanding our client base from zero to five qualified purchaser investor (QPI) clients, running Alpha to Beta to First client shipment of Quantitative Trading Platform (AI powered trading bot). In this position, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement streamlined processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that our operational practices align with our strategic objectives, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Your ability to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions will be critical in optimizing our workflow and ensuring that we meet our clients' needs promptly and effectively. In addition to operational oversight, you will play a key role in managing investor relations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our QPI clients will be paramount, and you will be responsible for communicating our investment strategies, performance metrics, and market insights. Your interpersonal skills and ability to articulate complex information clearly will enhance our clients' understanding and confidence in our fund.
