Sr Enterprise Application Support Analyst
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a talented and passionate Sr Enterprise Application Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience with enterprise applications and a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with SQL and scripting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A strong sense of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
