The Role
We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Intern to assist with internal company operations and processes. The Operations Intern will have the opportunity to explore a career path in Operations and digital marketing, as well as, earn experience and skills development in this industry. This position is multi-faceted and will require someone who can handle varying projects and responsibilities. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintenance across Salesforce, Harvest, HubSpot, and Google Sheets
Conduct process audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Help coordinate internal communications and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Provide administrative and scheduling support for meetings, projects, and events
Ad hoc Client Operations and Business Operations tasks/projects
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
Desire to pursue a career in Operations or digital marketing
Ability to thrive in a remote business environment
Experience with data systems is a plus - Salesforce, Harvest, Asana, and/or Hubspot
