As a result, keeping up with the differences and the sheer volume of obligations makes hiring people in many locations expensive and painful.About the role:Operations drives mission-critical initiatives to support processes for scale at Mosey. You’ll work across teams and vendors to assist with strategic projects and provide planning, analytical, operational, and implementation support. We are looking for a hard-charging generalist who is focused on outcomes and builds strong relationships along the way.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to state registration requests, trouble shooting, and maintaining SLAsIdentify improvements to registration and filing systems and processesIdentify improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverageProvide support to users—answering questions and handling requestsSupport product feature launches and rollout to customersWrite user communications and/or announcementsCapabilitiesExcellent communicator, verbal and writtenAnalytical thinking, ability to break down problems into partsStrong project management skillsLearns new skills and problem domains quicklyRequirements1+ years experience with payroll registrations1+ years working in operations or related functionPrevious experience working directly with customersExperience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learnExperience working with a BPO a plusStrong connection with the mission of the companyThe compensation range for this position is between $50,000 and $80,000 (plus equity) depending on experience.Our operating principles:Pursue knowledgeLead with curiosity, reject bad explanations, and create objective knowledge with a tradition of conjecture and criticism.Writing is thinkingMany seemingly good ideas don’t survive closer inspection when written down.
