Job Summary
Responsible for operation and daily maintenance of Central Billing Office systems, including troubleshooting problems and enhancing process by applying computer capabilities. Responsible for system operation analysis, testing, documentation and maintenance of FPG computer software, report design and production. Assists FPG management and staff in maximizing effective use of FPG Billing System. Interacts with our customers and other FPG sections to help ensure the effectiveness of departmental performance. This person is very customer-oriented with good communications skills, and a strong desire to help others.
Position is located in Sarasosta, FL. Must be FL resident.
Required Qualifications
- Require a degree (A.S. or greater) in computer science/computer programming or accounting and finance or equivalent experience.
- Require two (2) year of business office or financial activity experience.
- Require two (2) years of medical billing software experience.
- Require two (2) years of business intelligence software experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft software applications.
- Prefer excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, analytical, problem solving and research skills.
- Prefer the ability to work under stress and display a confident and professional attitude to staff and the public.
- Prefer the ability to express technical information in a clear and simple manner.
- Prefer the ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer the ability to be self-motivated, work independently and shift priorities with flexibility
