By building the operating system for every dental office in America, Dandy is empowering dentists with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practice, their people, and their patients.About the RoleFull-time position responsible for overseeing the purchasing and on time delivery of materials for the dental labs. This person would also manage the day to day relationship with their assigned vendors and ensure on time payment for those vendors.What You'll Do:Procurement ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day buying relationship with implant manufacturers and distributorsDeveloping and implementing purchasing strategies of implant materialsHold all implant manufacturers and distributors accountable to expected turn around times and proactively update orders in associated softwaresManage and monitor the external sourcing and delivery of custom implant materials to ensure these are timely processedCollaborate with lab on any quality issues and drive to resolution with supplierResolve any invoicing issues in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking For:2-4 years of experience in either inventory management or procurementFamiliarity with material planning, inventory management, and external sourcingExperience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlinesExperience supporting implant case work productionProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointYou’ll Really Stand Out If You:Experience in both inventory management and procurementExperience with NetSuiteImplant/dental industry experienceDeep understanding of dental implant case manufacturingFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
