Graphic Design Intern for Podcast Company
ElectraCast Media LLC, a new podcasting media company, is seeking a talented and multifaceted graphic design intern to support our marketing team. We are looking for someone who has professionalism and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate is passionate about the entertainment industry and is willing to work to meet deadlines. In return, interns will receive real world entertainment experience and the chance to produce top quality work from a fast growing media company in the podcast industry. Except in particular circumstances, this position is for school credit only, which you will receive for the duration of your commitment. This is a remote part-time position that will require 10-20 hours/week.zx Interested candidates should attach samples of their work and/or links to their online portfolio and any relevant work experience. Requirements: • Be 18+ years old • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and be able to use the internship credits toward your program (online enrollment OK!) Internship is geared toward students who are majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or other related fields • 2 years minimum design work experience or education. • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. • Photography, video and/or web development skills a plus.
