Operational Support Analyst - Staff

Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Operational Support Analyst who will contribute to understanding the business's impact on financial performance. The role involves analyzing financial data, guiding business decisions, and supporting the budgeting process. Responsibilities Budgeting & Planning. Responsible to plan and coordinate the annual budgeting process at Rochester Regional Health in conjunction with the operational support finance team Data Analysis and Visualization. Analyze relevant financial and operational data to inform trends and guide business decisions for the organization. Create meaningful and actionable visualizations for senior leadership Financial Reporting & Communication. Responsible for the monthly and annual financial close process at Rochester Regional Health, including proposing and preparing financial adjustments to the income statement and balance sheet. Provide insight and expertise on variances to budget, both to Finance leadership and executive leadership across the organization Skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Health Administration, Statistics or related field At least one (1) to three (3) years of prior relevant experience, including financial and data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to think critically, proactively, and continually challenge existing assumptions Demonstrated ability to interact with and present financial information to senior leadership Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning experience preferred Company Overview Rochester Regional Health provides integrated health services.
