? Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and ensure outputs are accurate.
? Research and gather additional information for incomplete or unclear documents.
? Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents as required.
? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security protocols.
? Respond to queries regarding data and provide access to relevant files when necessary.
? Ensure proper maintenance and operation of office equipment, addressing malfunctions as needed.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in a data entry role, such as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
? Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry programs.
? Strong familiarity with administrative tasks and processes.
? Ability to use office equipment, including fax machines and scanners.
? Fast and accurate typing skills.
? Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
? High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
