Description:
• Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements
• Verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations before confirming reservations
• Ensure bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets
• Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs
• Provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options
• Address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
• Process payments and send confirmations promptly
• Stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus!)
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Customer service or ticketing experience is a bonus—but we’ll train you!
• Self-motivated and independent, able to thrive in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency (experience with booking platforms & CRM tools is helpful but not required)
