Iām looking for a remote recruiter who will help find the right candidates for various roles. Your job will be to review job requirements, find candidates, conduct interviews, and set up final interviews until we hire the perfect person for the job. Responsibilities: Review job requirements provided by me. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, and other platforms. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates. Set up interviews with candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements. Continue the process until a candidate is hired. Communicate with candidates and provide timely feedback. Requirements: Proven recruiting experience (remote and in-office positions). Ability to screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Organized and detail-oriented. Must be able to deliver results and manage multiple openings. Pay: $50 per successful hire.
