Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now looking to hire a Mortgage Post-Closer to work remotely in the U.S. only.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Contact notaries to have documents re-signed or acknowledged.
Ship out loans and clear conditions with investors on or before target delivery date.
QC loans prior to shipping to investors.
Stay up-to-date on delivery requirements for investors.
Identify incorrect or missing documents.
Manage daily pipelines of loans.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
1/+ years of experience in a post-closing capacity.
Proficiency in insuring FHA, VA, and USDA loan products.
Encompass experience is a plus!
FNMA/FHLMC ULDD delivery experience is a plus!
Expert customer service skills.
Impeccable organizational/time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General home office environment. Some lifting and bending will be required.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
