Job Overview
As a UNI Online Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality lessons to learners across the globe. Using UNIās AI-powered virtual classroom, you will teach students either one-on-one or in small groups, providing a tailored learning experience based on their individual needs. The role requires a deep commitment to student progress, interactive teaching, and consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct one-on-one or small group lessons tailored to studentsā individual goals.
ā¢ Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons using UNIās virtual classroom tools.
ā¢ Customize lessons based on studentsā levels and progress.
ā¢ Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.
ā¢ Maintain professionalism in communication and lesson delivery.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in education, subject expertise, or a related field.
ā¢ Relevant teaching certifications preferred (e.g., TEFL for language instructors).
ā¢ Online teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
ā¢ Proficient in using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing and learning management tools.
ā¢ Reliable internet and suitable teaching environment.
ā¢ Adaptable teaching methods for diverse cultural backgrounds.
Desirable Qualifications
ā¢ Experience with international curricula like IB PYP or Cambridge.
ā¢ Bilingual in English, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
