We are currently seeking Online Platform Native English Instructors to join our growing global community. Job Overview As a UNI Online Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality lessons to learners across the globe. Using UNI’s AI-powered virtual classroom, you will teach students either one-on-one or in small groups, providing a tailored learning experience based on their individual needs. The role requires a deep commitment to student progress, interactive teaching, and consistent communication. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one or small group lessons tailored to students’ individual goals. Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons using UNI’s virtual classroom tools. Customize lessons based on students’ levels and progress. Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress. Maintain professionalism in communication and lesson delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education, subject expertise, or a related field. Relevant teaching certifications preferred (e.g., TEFL for language instructors). Online teaching or tutoring experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students. Proficient in using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing and learning management tools. Reliable internet and suitable teaching environment. Adaptable teaching methods for diverse cultural backgrounds. Desirable Qualifications Experience with international curricula like IB PYP or Cambridge.
