• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit.
• Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to inform recruitment practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• English Level C1/C2
